The resort was designed to be a one-stop destination for discerning, design-conscious world-travellers, who share a common interest in modern design, decadence and great taste.

Alpha 10 was set to have world-class accommodation and F&B facilities throughout including, 27 studios & two penthouses, alpha restaurant to seat 50, caviar & champagne lobby bar to seat 30, lounge bar for up to 100 guests, Sky bar for private functions, oh! salon, an in-house gym, plush private cinema with cocktail bar, and a new-wave swimming pool with bar, island & expansive decks.
